Our virtual concept is called Total Dock– a ground-breaking concept that promises to deliver a complete service solutions from refit, repairs, servicing and maintenance to life-time extensions in the dynamic offshore industry. By combining the technical strength from multiple specialized partners as one, we offer a single contact point for clients who are looking for a varied scope of services.

With our global presence, we can offer a ‘pop-up’ rig project workshop in any quayside, port or shipyard in the world. This ensures that our clients can receive the same consistent level of service regardless of vessel type or location.

Johor port Malaysia

Our successful partnership with Johor port Malaysia allows us to offer our clients a low cost quayside one-stop shop service. From rig out-of-service projects to vessel layup solutions – all is possible.

Johor port is a multipurpose port in Pasir Gudang, on the south-east coast of Malaysia. Johor port commenced operation in 1977 as the original southern gateway multi-purpose port in Malaysia and is also the first port in Malaysia to be accorded with free zone status. Today, Johor port plays a significant role in facilitating the import and export activities of the surrounding industrial area. Located at the southern tip of Malaysia and across the Causeway from Singapore, johor port operates a total area of 1,000 acres, 660 acres of which in a free zone. With 24 berths and a total berthing length of 4,75 km, the services and facilities within johor port include the Break Bulk Terminal, Dry Bulk Terminal, Liquid Terminal, Container Terminal, Container Storage Yard, Inland Container Depot and Warehousing facilities.

op for rig out of service projects as well as vessel layup solutions. As a testament to this successful cooperation, the last three years has seen Johor Port become the quayside location of choice in the region for a number of international drilling contractors and vessel owners.

In his opening speech during the rececent signing ceremony, his Honour (the Chairman of Johor Port and Group Managing Director of MMC), Dato Seri Che Khalib best summarizes that “the Partnership with Allrig will create a new era for Johor Port Berhad to be a hub for OIMR activities in this region. Allrig has been providing services including crane and jacking system inspections/repairs, drilling equipment and anchor winch refurbishments, hull, leg and derrick integrity inspections/repairs and full quayside rig upgrade projects.
